At Polyspectrum we truly appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied.  If not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, or exchange. Refunds are for the value of the items when purchased only. Both outbound and return shipping are your responsibility if an item is not purchased.

Please note the following:

For full credit, Polyspectrum must receive the items in original condition showing no signs of wear, within 30 days from purchase date.
Upon return, these items are checked thoroughly; those found to have excessive use or wear will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 15%.

Return everything! Include all original packaging.  Include a copy of the packing list; clearly indicate your reason for returning.  Repack, double box, and insure! You are responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches our premises.

If you made your purchase from outside Australia you should, to protect your return please:

1   Repack items using all original packing materials.
2   Double box your shipment to prevent damage.
3   Insure for the full value of your purchase.
4   Write the Return Address on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on the merchandise box.

Ship your items back with a trackable service. We are not responsible if your return merchandise gets lost in the mail.

Allow 2 weeks!  Returns take approximately two weeks to clear and process. Check and Money order purchases are refunded by company check.
